Is this in any way connected with the appearance of tarmac circles all along the road network around basingstoke over the last 20 years or so?

We should be told.

Apparently it is very easy to become Reverend. A "friend" ordained me via the Universal Life Church (Google it) without so much as a "by your leave".

In terms of influence it clearly has not enabled me to influence my local MP's support of homeopathy. Good thing it didn't cost anything then.

I've got my ticket and my accommodation sorted. I found that the Ramada's advertised discount for QED attendees was not as big as that for on-line bookings, but prices change from day to day.

I'll be travelling up from Wokingham and will happily share a car with fellow Hants/Berks skeptics.

Jolly good, James. I believe it is indeed a MOSTLY alien craft: predominantly American and Russian, with bits of Japanese and European tech.

Heavens-above.com is another useful resource for spotting this and similar craft.

I don’t know who left it there and unfortunately the source is missing as the top of the page didn’t photocopy.

Probably me, as I did bring some photocopies of the article in the Hampshire Chronicle. Incidentally the paper also has a separate column by Mr Brine in which he doesn't mention his reckless endorsement of woo — he seems more concerned with how super and lovely it is to be a new MP.
